Compliance with the building code can only be assured through a rigorous inspection program which covers all phases of construction

Our inspectors are licensed by the State of Texas to perform real estate inspections. However, we go far beyond the training required for that license. Our inspectors are also certified by the International Code Council as residential inspectors.

In addition to state and ICC certifications, we have an extensive training program which focuses on the requirements of the building codes and includes comprehensive in-the-field training.

Ensure compliance with all plans and specifications
Verify species, grade, size, and location of all framing members
Ensure compliance with all framing details
Ensure adequate fastening of all framing members

Windstorm Inspections

Ensure all required wall bracing, wall anchorage, and hold downs are in place
Ensure framing connectors are in place to transfer wind loads
Ensure all windows, exterior doors, exterior finishes, etc., meet wind load requirements and are installed correctly
